Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Physical Books & Merchandise

We accept returns on physical items within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, please email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Signed or personalized copies

  • Final sale items


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

After shipment, the standard 7-day return policy applies.
